Established in 1995, Charpie Construction Company has a successful history in the construction and maintenance service industry. As a graduate of the SBA’s 8(a) program, we have completed many successful projects as an 8(a) firm. Types of work we participate in include General Contracting, Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc), Performance Contracting, Design/Build, Bid Build, Sustainable Design, Engineering, Feasibility Studies, Quality Control Services, Safety Monitoring, Critical Path – Construction Scheduling, Cost Estimating, and IDIQ Service Contracting. We maintain our corporate office in Chicago, IL, and also have a geographical office in Brookfield, WI.
